Job Description:
Our client is seeking a driven Success Manager to nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the hotel, resort, spa, and salon industries. As a Success Manager you'll champion the company's brand, foster sales growth, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Responsibilities:
- Account Growth:
Partner with the top 50 accounts to expand monthly reorders and achieve 50-100% sales growth within a year through targeted incentive programs. The goal is to have accounts reordering every month - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, ensuring regular contact and engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule product training sessions, develop in-store campaigns and digital marketing strategies, and optimize inventory management
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base: $60k
- Commission: 5% commission on all sales
- Year 1 Projected Earnings: $85k – $90K
- Year 2 Projected Earnings: $100k+
- Vacation: 1 week for 1st year of employment 2 weeks after 2nd year of employment
- Health benefits (Blue Cross Blue Shield): eligible after 90 days of employment
