Responsibilities
- The Customer Success Representative works with a passionate team whose focus is to understand the customers needs and requirements.
- Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this position is responsible for providing support to our Key Account Managers and existing clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
- Perform outbound calls/emails and assist in managing existing business and generating new sales.
- Proactively contact customers using the phone and emails to gather information, assist in the onboarding process of new clients and assist in the increase of sales.
- Assist Key Account Managers in meeting sales targets and ensure growth in assigned market or customer segments.
- Assist in managing the entire sales process for the product lines, target accounts and sales opportunities.
- Engage with existing customers, guiding customers to the product solution that best meets their needs, coordinating with internal resources to address customer questions/objections, providing budgetary pricing, creating and submitting individualized quotes, negotiating, overcoming obstacles and closing the sales process through the point of order receipt.
- Work collaboratively with key account managers to develop and execute programs to support the growth strategy of the company.
- Support in establishing new customers and growing existing customer accounts.
- Associate’s Degree from college or technical school and/or 3‑5 years related experience and/or training in sales or customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master highly technical concepts and articulate them well to others.
- Strong ability to identify customer needs, obstacles to the sales process and solutions using company products and services.
- Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer personality types.
