As a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist, you bring knowledge of automotive parts and a customer-focused mindset. • Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer customer questions
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced environment
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced
• Inform customers on parts availability

• Genuinely enjoy helping fleet customers with parts and service needs
• Have gained parts experience by working in the automotive industry or by tinkering with/repairing cars and trucks
• Want to gain or grow parts experience by working on a team with other NAPA parts professionals
• Want to join a team where you can learn and grow your career

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school courses or degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
• Ability to work in or around an airport environment in a shop setting

• Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
• Experience in airport ground support equipment
• Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems
• Customer-centric approach (external/internal)
• ASe Certifications

This position offers an hourly pay of $20.00. Pay progression is common for hourly roles, with potential progression within 12 months based on performance. Starting pay may vary by individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
