Deterrence of theft through forthright customer engagement and enforcement of loss-prevention policies;
Monitor for potential safety issues and ensure safe egress and compliance with procedures;
Collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to minimize shortage and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives;
Support a professional brand image and provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
