Pay Range: Clear Path to $200k

Location: California

• We’re hiring Satellite Technicians throughout Southern California with the goal of keeping our team members working closer to home and their surrounding areas.
• While our headquarters are located in Camarillo (Ventura County), you will NOT be required to commute to our office on a daily basis.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical certification in plumbing or HVAC preferred
• 4+ years of experience in water heater installation and repair, or general plumbing
• Experience with tank and tankless water heating systems preferred
• Able to sit, stand, and kneel for lengths of time
• Able to walk, climb, crawl, and lift heavy objects throughout the work day
• Able to visually inspect equipment and interpret technical drawings/schematics
• Able to perform basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Fluent in speaking English and effectively communicating with our clients, team members, vendors, etc.
• Unwavering enthusiasm, positivity, and dedication toward achieving goals and exceeding expectations in the workplace.
• Valid driver's license required and clean motor vehicle check
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

• Perform residential tank and tankless water heater installations and replacements
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair water heating systems
• Lead installations independently after onboarding/training period
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners and team members
• Uphold safety, quality, and performance standards on every job
