Jr. Facilities Technician

Overview

Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as a Jr. Facilities Technician and help keep our facilities operating at peak performance.

• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs focused on facilities carpentry, including doors, locks, thresholds, furniture, and minor structural fixes.
• Perform building upkeep tasks such as ceiling tile replacement, carpet and tile repairs, wall patching and painting, and safety equipment upgrades.
• Execute basic plumbing work (e.g., clearing drains, fixture replacement, servicing flushometers, maintaining restroom equipment).
• Follow written work orders, sketches, and verbal instructions while adhering to building codes and safety standards.
• Escort third party vendors in controlled areas and ensure compliance with site protocols.
• Support office and lab setups, furniture moves, event preparation, and inter-plant deliveries of inventory and supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic carpentry and plumbing skills preferred.
• Familiarity with and comfort using hand tools.
• Ability to follow direction from Facilities Managers, Supervisors, and Senior Tradespeople.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and building-code compliance.
• Willingness to perform physically active tasks in a facilities and maintenance environment.
• U.S. citizenship required due to access restrictions.

Salary Range: $44,500.00 – $59,300.00. The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, local regulations, education, experience, skills, and position.
