The MissionAir Works is looking for the Special Ops of HVAC Service Technicians. As a Family Run, Mom Approved shop, we don’t do band-aid fixes. We’re looking for a Lead Technician who is a master of the craft, a diagnostic wizard, and a professional who takes pride in saving the day for our neighbors. If you’re the tech that other techs call when they’re stuck, you belong here.

RequirementsExperience
: 3+ years in residential HVAC service.
Certifications
: EPA Universal is a must; NATE is a major plus.
Clean Record
:
Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving history.
Flexibility
:
Ready for a fair on-call rotation to keep Ventura County comfortable.
Grit
:
Ability to handle attics, crawlspaces, and 50+ lbs with a positive attitude.
