Please note: This position is based out of our Somis, CA office and services customers throughout Ventura County.

Air Works is looking for the "Special Ops" of HVAC Service Technicians. As a Family Run, Mom Approved shop, we dont do "band-aid" fixes. Were looking for a Lead Technician who is a master of the craft, a diagnostic wizard, and a professional who takes pride in saving the day for our neighbors. Experience: 3+ years in residential HVAC service.

Certifications: EPA Universal is a must; NATE is a major plus.

Valid CA drivers license and a clean driving history.

Ready for a fair on-call rotation to keep Ventura County comfortable.

Grit:
Ability to handle attics, crawlspaces, and 50+ lbs with a positive attitude.
