Our customer is looking for an Engineer Software 3 to support their EA‑18G Programs. As a member of the EA‑18G software team you will develop software to support our Growler Block 1 and Growler Block 2 programs. This position will serve on‑site at Naval Air Warfare Center, Point Mugu and their Camarillo, CA office.

• Develop embedded real‑time system software.
• Work in an Agile environment as part of a scrum team.
• Resolve software and system defects.
• Collaborate with our customer, internal customer sites and disciplines.
• Participate and contribute to peer reviews, critical milestone reviews, and technical inter‑change meetings.

• BS degree in a STEM field with 5 years of experience; or MS degree in a STEM field with 3 years of experience.
• Experience with a higher order language such as Ada, C/C++, C#.
• Knowledge of object‑oriented software development.
• Ability to function as a member of an integrated team.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. git, Bitbucket, Clear Case, etc.).
• US Citizenship required.
• DoD Secret Clearance or higher, interim Secret is acceptable.

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong collaborative mindset.
• Experience working full software life cycle on large‑scale formal DoD program.
• Experience programming with Ada language.
• Experience programming with C++ language.
• Experience with real‑time embedded software development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Electronic Warfare system development and design experience.
