Our drivers are the heart of our business, and we work tirelessly every day to roll out new benefits and expand our support team in order to provide the best resources possible.
We salute each and every driver and express our gratitude for their contributions not only to our company, but also to our communities, states, and country. In return, we provide our team with around the clock driver support. Our maintenance, safety, and dispatch teams are available for our drivers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Endorsements not required, but will get more dedicated routes and the pay will be 65 CPM (Per driver).

- $1.20 - $1.30 CPM
- 5,400 - 6,000 avg. miles per week per team
- $1,500 sign on bonus per team

- 14 - 21 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 1 day of home time for every 7 days worked

- Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
- Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
- Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
- Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
