Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the company’s door. You will be driving a safe, comfortable van while using the latest technology to locate and deliver packages. • Handle an average of 180 to 250 stops per day in a fast‑paced environment using state‑of‑the‑art Company Vehicles.
• Work 4–5 days a week, including at least one day of the weekend. Both weekend days are preferred.
• Start shift between 9:00AM and 10:00AM. Routes are scheduled for approximately 10 hours, with overtime as required.
• Deliver all packages on a timely manner.
• Load company vehicle with some packages up to 50lbs prior to deliveries.
• Interpret and read GPS devices, instructions from placards, signs, maps, and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
• Address common delivery driver problems or issues that arise.
• Maintain punctuality and work attendance history.
• Communicate effectively with fellow Delivery Associates and Managers.

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Clean driving record for the last three years.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Team oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Must have a safety‑first mentality, customer focus, and personal pride.
• Must be able to deliver all packages on time.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Pay starts at $21.75 per hour depending on experience. Average pay range $22.83 – $27.50 per hour, factoring in overtime and bonus pay. Both full‑time and part‑time shifts are available.
