Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate I
Location: Ventura County, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.69/hour

• Perform order picking and warehouse support in a regulated environment
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, safety, and company standards

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders based on pick tickets
• Transport materials to designated shipping areas
• Repack and weigh orders as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Follow FIFO procedures and proper product handling
• Complete required documentation and data entry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
