Shipping Warehouse Associate

Our client is looking for a Shipping Clerk.

• Ensures that all incoming shipments are received, identified, and stored appropriately; handles all international shipments; operates forklift (Bendi) and other equipment to safely move items/parts to appropriate locations.
• Maintains inventory control and documents products received, and products shipped in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app; assists in counting physical inventory as needed.
• Receives and organizes Sales Returns, updating ERP and CRM systems; performs cycle counts and inventory activities on a routine basis; responsible for inventory accuracy between ERP system and physical count/bin.
• Cross‑trained knowledge of Level I and II; demonstrates leadership qualities in the department at this level; assists with troubleshooting with other team members as needed.

• Certified forklift operator:
  Class I, II, III, & IV sit down/standup (preferred not required).
• Proficient knowledge in item verification and cycle count.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
