The Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist is responsible for precise counts and documentation of receiving goods, transfers, shipping and deliveries, monitoringinventorylevels,inventory reporting,re-stocking,fillingsupplyrequestfordepartments and posting receipt transactions in SAP (ERP system).

Must be able to work a Tuesday through Saturday weekly schedule

JOB DUTIES:

• Receive shipments against purchase orders in ERP system, confirm, offload, and log all inbound shipments & note damages/shortages immediately upon arrival.
• Confirm/pullanddeliverinventoryrequests/countsandnoterequestsdailyinERPsystemfrom internal departments and other company location. Accuracy and consistency are a must.
• Informdepartmentsthattheirorderhasarrived,back-ordered(orshipped) and/orplacematerials in designated inventory in a well-organized manner.
• Notify Purchasing when stock levels of items run low, not out.
• Will work from two locations, with occasional regional pickup and deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
• Consistent, clear, and timely communication is required
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry
• Prior experience working with an ERP system
• Warehouse Shipping&Receiving Experience

• Must be able to pass background check.

EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diplomaor  GED
• Minimum2yearsfulltimeexperienceinwarehouseshipping&receiving.
• Safeoperationof manual & electric pallet jack. Safe operation of forklift and certification a plus.
• Clean driving record; will be driving between two warehouse locations on a daily basis

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Abilitytoworkinconditionstypicallyfoundinwarehousesandgreenhousewithhighhumidityand varying temperatures, with a fair amount of moisture present.
• Abilitytoexertupto
  15-100+poundsroutinelyand/oroccasionallyinordertoliftandmove products.
• Abilitytocrouch,graspandliftproductaboveshouldersinordertoliftproductfromthefloor properly
• Abilitytobeonfeetcontinuouslywhileperformingjobresponsibilities.
