Job Details----------
Responsibilities- Prepare, verify, and process outbound shipments accurately and on schedule
- Perform quality checks on orders prior to shipment to identify missing or incorrect items
- Receive, inspect, document, and account for incoming shipments
- Enter received materials and inventory transactions into an ERP/MRP system
- Assign and organize inventory into appropriate storage locations
- Identify and report shipment, inventory, or order discrepancies
- Process returned products and ensure items are documented and routed appropriately
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and return records
- Communicate with internal teams regarding order status, discrepancies, and inventory needs
- Assist with packing, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations as needed
- Help identify process inefficiencies and opportunities to improve warehouse procedures
- Support the creation and improvement of standard operating procedures
- Safely operate warehouse and material-handling equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Assist with additional warehouse and operations projects as needed
- 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
- Previous warehouse operations experience, including processing returns
- Experience working with an ERP or MRP system
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and team members
- Experience operating powered industrial or material-handling equipment
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree preferred
