MUST HAVE

• Experience as a Project Engineer at a GC
• Experience with multifamily or commercial construction
• Experience with ground-up construction

• Owns project engineering activities on commercial/multifamily projects (ground-up and renovations).
• Supports project delivery with planning, scheduling, cost control, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
