We are looking for a Project Manager for a fantastic mechanical contractor based in Camas, Washington. This company, with its impressive track record in design-build and design-assist projects, tackles some of the Pacific Northwest’s most complex construction and renovation projects. - Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Projects include:
Government, municipal, school, and hospital construction - Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, contracts, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and overall financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Mentor Project Engineers and project staff while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- 7+ years of mechanical construction project management experience (or 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management).
- Proven experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical projects with full financial responsibility.
- Proven track record of success in the mechanical construction industry, preferably in roles involving piping, plumbing, and HVAC projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with union crews is highly desirable
