Podcast Content Developer
Location:
Portland Metro Area
Work Arrangement:
Primarily remote, but must be local for filming days and occasional onsite meetings
Duration: 6+ month contract with the potential for extension or ongoing engagement
Hours:
Full-time (40 hours/week) initially to support project ramp-up; may become more flexible over time
What You'll Do
- Develop podcast content and episodes with input from company stakeholders
- Own and manage the podcast content calendar
- Prepare hosts and guests for recordings
- Identify, source, and coordinate additional talent and production crew as needed
- Support filming sessions and assist with post-production editing
- Publish episodes and help drive audience engagement and promotion
- Oversee the podcast from planning through release
