Hours: 6.75 MTThF / 5.5 W
Salary: $25.36 - $31.53
Purpose: In coordination with the classroom teacher and special services staff provide 1:1 and/or small group assistance in the self-contained or other specialized programs offered through special services to support students' potential to access regular and special education programs and academics.
Essential Functions:Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Gather and analyzes information and maintains confidentiality.
Skills:

Articulate and appropriate verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal effectively with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Regular reliable attendance, follows direction, and solicits feedback.

Generally, the job requires 10% sitting, 50% walking, and 40% standing. The job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
