Paraprofessional Special Education High Needs 1:1
Days: 190 Days (August 24, 2026 - June 17, 2027 - pay is prorated by FTE and days worked in the contract year)
Salary: $25.36 - $31.53
Position:1004981
Purpose: In coordination with the classroom teacher and special services staff provide 1:1 and/or small group assistance in the self-contained or other specialized programs offered through special services to support students' potential to access regular and special education programs and academics.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Gather and analyzes information and maintains confidentiality.
Skills:

Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.

Regular reliable attendance, follows direction, and solicits feedback.
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands:
Generally, the job requires 10% sitting, 50% walking, and 40% standing. The job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
