* Sustain and optimize established manufacturing processes in high‑volume production
* Apply statistical methods and SPC to monitor and improve process performance
* Support factory throughput, efficiency, and environmental performance goals
* Safely operate and process wafers in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
* Represent the organization on projects and, as appropriate, provide technical or project leadership to less‑experienced team members
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline
* 0-3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with exposure to Dry Etch, Wet Etch, and/or Clean process technologies
* Ability to analyze complex problems, develop technical solutions, and support technology transfer and tool qualification
* Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction, identify issues, and define approaches to resolution
* Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), manufacturing throughput, efficiency, and engineering statistics
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate with and influence diverse audiences ranging from technicians to senior leadership
* Proven ability to contribute to organizational goals and drive improvements in quality, productivity, throughput, cost, and process robustness
* Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to all safety and environmental requirements
