• Process Monitoring & Data Analysis:
  Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC), Real‑Time Monitoring (RTM), and other data sources to assess process performance, ensure stability, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with manufacturing, equipment, and integration teams to troubleshoot line issues, support new technology transfers, and develop solutions that enhance process quality, productivity, and cost.
• Global Team Alignment:
  Participate in cross‑functional meetings and collaborate with overseas partners, such as TSMC in Asian time zones.
• Operational Flexibility:
  Assist with abnormal event handling and urgent fab support as business needs arise.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS) or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
• Experience: 0 to 2+ years in a high‑volume manufacturing semiconductor fab; relevant internships, co‑ops, or academic cleanroom experience is highly considered.
• Technical Familiarity:
  • Exposure to or experience with CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) or PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) tools is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of thin‑film process principles; familiarity with semiconductor equipment or process integration is a plus.

This position operates on‑site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; additional hours may be required to meet project demands.

Base pay typically ranges between $87,000 and $106,764 per year. The full salary range for this job grade is $87,000 – 115,580, depending on skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. Additional compensation may include profit‑sharing, incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
