Role Overview
Certified Medical Assistants are needed for the Vancouver Clinic's Camas Urgent Care. The position supports patient flow, rooms patients, takes and documents vitals, updates charts, assists with exams and minor procedures, and provides compassionate, high‑quality care.
Responsibilities- Support patient flow and patient rooming.
- Take and document patient vitals and update charts.
- Assist with examinations and minor procedures.
- Provide compassionate, high‑quality care to a diverse patient population.
- Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Certification from a national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.).
- Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
- Previous experience in an outpatient medical setting preferred.
- Experience with an electronic health record;
Epic experience strongly preferred.
Camas, Washington (4500 SE Columbia Palisades Dr, Camas, WA 98607)
Schedule- Sun–Tue: 3p.m.–11:30p.m.
- Wed–Sat: 3p.m.–11:30p.m.
- Sat–Sun: 12:30p.m.–11:30p.m.
Base rate starts at $22.25/hour, with differential: evenings $3.00/hour & weekends $2.50/hour. Pay range: $21.81–$30.53/hour.
