** Physical Therapist (PT)
** to join our rehabilitation team. We’re looking for someone who loves helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

** What You’ll Do
*** Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on their needs and goals
* Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and strategies to support continued progress
* Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes
* Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
* Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate
* Help create a positive, encouraging rehabilitation experience for every patient
** What We’re Looking For
*** Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
* Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
