About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our HR and Recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an administrative background who is ready to transition into the HR and talent acquisition space or gain hands-on experience in a new career path.

In this role, you will play a key part in interview coordination, onboarding processes, inbox management, and overall administrative support for a fast-paced HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule candidate interviews, including coordinating availability with hiring managers.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Assist with preparing interview materials and organizing interview logistics.
  • Support completion of new-hire paperwork and ensure proper documentation is collected.
  • Assist with new hire orientation scheduling and logistics.
  • Partner with HR team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
Administrative & HR Operations
  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox; respond, triage, and escalate inquiries as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure sensitive information is handled with confidentiality.
  • Assist with preparing HR documents, reports, and general correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Interest in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition — previous exposure is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
