A rapidly growing electro manufacturing company in Camas, Washington, is seeking a temporary HR Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring and HR activities. In this hands-on role, you will be a partner with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team to coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, and other essential HR processes.

Temporary Recruiting Coordinator Duties:

• Manage hiring for manufacturing, facilities, and logistics roles, from job postings to pre-employment checks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating updates and keeping the hiring process on track.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to facilitate candidate selection and onboarding.
• Engage in outreach and affirmative action efforts through community connections and career fairs.
• Maintain employee progression records and assist with HR documentation.
• Assist with HR projects and provide administrative support as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience

Temporary Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an HR certification.
• Experience supporting recruiting or HR activities in a manufacturing or similar operational environment.
