The Opportunity
The Global Business Process Management Program Manager is responsible for assessing Global Private Client Group needs, obtaining strategic alignment on organizational goals and long-term vision, and managing all aspects of a program's implementation working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
OverviewThis role will help grow the adoption of client‑facing digital tools for both clients and internal employees. Knowledge of personalization, AI, and collaborating with groups such as User Experience, Consumer Learning, and Marketing is essential.
The Day-to-Day- Define, measure value, and prioritize key features of client‑facing digital tools
- Develop plans to drive adoption and usage of key features in client‑facing digital tools
- Define program scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure the program is completely and efficiently meeting the business requirements from ideation through deployment
- Establish and maintain all timelines and budgets related to the program section
- Coordinate with partner groups related to projects
- Create and manage vision and scoping documentation, program schedule, and project plans
- Proactively manage changes in program scope, risks/issues, dependencies, and devise contingency plans
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise program team members
- Develop best practices and tools for program execution and management
- Work in a team‑based, collaborative, and open office environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience managing client‑facing digital tools and their adoption, performance, and effectiveness
- Work independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to manage changing priorities, demands, and timelines
Gain cooperation from several sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments - Organizational change management practices
- $80,200 - $145,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

- 20 days of PTO, plus 10 paid holidays
