OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician 4 to join our team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance knowledge in the Photo Area, with specific experience on ASML / 100, TEL Act 8 coaters/developers, Ultra Tech Steppers, SVG Aligners, and Semix/TOK SOG equipment. Candidates with 5+ years of maintenance experience and willingness to learn other areas of the Fab will be considered.
Responsibilities- Perform installation, maintenance, and modification of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Handle toxic and inert gases, including cylinders, delivery lines, and valve manifolds.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation; update specifications as needed.
- Interface with equipment engineers, vendors, and control panels.
- Work occasionally alone for extended periods in a cleanroom environment.
- 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a semiconductor or similar environment.
- Maintenance knowledge in the Photo Area; preferred experience with ASML / 100, TEL Act 8 coaters/developers, Ultra Tech Steppers, SVG Aligners, and Semix/TOK SOG.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and vendor‑specific software.
- Strong troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- DHS background check required.
- Standing/walking for up to 12 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights.
- Exposure to warm or cold environments.
- Strong manual dexterity required.
Alternating 3‑day and 4‑day work weeks. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
