We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician 4 to join our team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance knowledge in the Photo Area, with specific experience on ASML / 100, TEL Act 8 coaters/developers, Ultra Tech Steppers, SVG Aligners, and Semix/TOK SOG equipment. Candidates with 5+ years of maintenance experience and willingness to learn other areas of the Fab will be considered.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and modification of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Handle toxic and inert gases, including cylinders, delivery lines, and valve manifolds.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; update specifications as needed.
• Interface with equipment engineers, vendors, and control panels.
• Work occasionally alone for extended periods in a cleanroom environment.

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a semiconductor or similar environment.
• Maintenance knowledge in the Photo Area; preferred experience with ASML / 100, TEL Act 8 coaters/developers, Ultra Tech Steppers, SVG Aligners, and Semix/TOK SOG.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and vendor‑specific software.
• Strong troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• DHS background check required.

• Standing/walking for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights.
• Exposure to warm or cold environments.
• Strong manual dexterity required.

Alternating 3‑day and 4‑day work weeks. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
