As the Senior Director of Patient Safety & Risk Management
, you will provide executive leadership for enterprise patient safety, clinical risk management, regulatory readiness, and safety culture initiatives across a multi-hospital division
. Working closely with executive leaders, physicians, nursing teams, and operational partners, you will drive strategies that reduce risk, improve outcomes, and strengthen a Just Culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead division-wide patient safety and risk management strategies
  • Advance High Reliability principles and safety culture initiatives
  • Partner with executive leaders on quality, safety, and regulatory priorities
  • Oversee safety investigations, Root Cause Analyses, and improvement plans
  • Analyze trends and data to identify opportunities for system improvement
  • Guide regulatory readiness and accreditation efforts
  • Develop and mentor patient safety and risk management leaders
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
    Master’s preferred or in progress
  • Current State RN license
  • 7+ years of nursing experience, including acute care
  • 7+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
  • Expertise in patient safety, risk management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with High Reliability principles, Joint Commission standards, and complex healthcare environments

Preferred certifications:
CPHQ | CPHRM | CPPS | CPSO
