Manufacturing Load Tech - 4th Shift Weekend Nights

Summary

Perform essential job functions as directed under close supervision.

• Efficiently and carefully place customer parts onto, into or out of baskets, tubs, racks or other containers as required.
• Immediately bring any unusual problem, irregularity or concern to HIP Operator, Supervisor or management.
• Practice and promote safety and good housekeeping.
• Must be aware of environment concerns caused by process and report deficiencies to Supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
• Responsible for the care and treatment of customer’s inventory and perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.
• Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.

• This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements; candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• May be required to work overtime or any shifts, including weekends.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Crane and Forklift experience preferred.
• Must work 4th shift weekend;
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

• Work in a standing position for extended periods in an industrial environment.
• Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions.
• Bend, pull, stoop and reach to perform functions.
• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, humidity, etc.
• Have cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
• Ability to hear in person and via phone.

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal law. This role is eligible for additional compensation, including shift differential, if applicable. Benefits include employee and family medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage;

This position is eligible for a $1,500 sign-on retention bonus.
