A local Electromechanical manufacturing company has openings across multiple shift times. As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll follow detailed instructions to assemble various electronics and log data into production tracking systems. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fast-growing company with great potential to advance your skillset.
As a Manufacturing Associate Cleanroom, you'll play an important role in building high-quality electronic products used by customers around the world.
Every day brings a mix of hands-on assembly and quality-focused work, including:
- Work in a clean-room environment while wearing required protective equipment (bunny suit)
- Follow detailed work instructions
- Assemble small components with accuracy and attention to detail using tweezers
- Enter production information into Excel and internal tracking systems
- Perform quality checks with a magnifying loop and communicate any concerns to your team lead
- Cross-train in different production areas to expand your skills
Schedule - Choose the shift that works best for you:
- A Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday | 5:00 AM-5:15 PM
- B Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday | 5:00 PM-5:15 AM
- C Shift: Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday | 5:00 AM-5:15 PM
- D Shift: Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday | 5:00 PM-5:15 AM
Pay: $19.20-$21.57 depending on experience + shift differential.
Manufacturing Associate Cleanroom Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 12 hours & lift up to 15 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to frequently use hands for the repetitive actions of simple and firm grasping of tweezers or other tools.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and written instructions effectively.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment, wearing a full Bunny suit and utilizing various precision tools, microscopes, and testing equipment.
- Must possess ITAR-compliant documentation (U.S. Passport, U.S. Birth Certificate, Naturalization Certificate, Military , or Permanent Resident Card).
