Shift Availability- Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday; 5:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- C Shift: Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday; 5:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- Learn and perform electromechanical assembly operations required to build fiber lasers
- Work a minimum of 8 hours in a clean room environment, wearing clean room garments (smock, hair-covering, booties, gloves, and laser glasses)
- Use manual and electronic tools for mechanical and optical assembly
- Enter production build data into computer-based travelers and inventory system
- Handle solvents as part of the role
- Support extended periods of standing and sitting
- Contribute as a valued team member to long-term success in this position
- Experience handling small delicate components and assembly; ESD practices and clean room protocol preferred, but not required
- Soldering and microscope experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
- Committed to working safely

- Willing and able to be trained
- Ability to communicate and follow English written and verbal instructions
- Ability to maintain on-time attendance and overtime availability
- Must be comfortable with using a computer for data entry
- Must have good mechanical skills

- Starting pay depends on qualifications:
Manufacturing Specialist III – starts $21.57 per hour - Shift differentials: 10% for hours 5:30 PM–12:00 AM and 15% for hours 12:00 AM–5:30 AM
- Target cash bonus up to 2% of earned wages
- 120 hours of paid vacation per year, plus paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays
