Manufacturing Operator
Analog Devices is seeking motivated Manufacturing Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Camas, Washington. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in producing the high-performance semiconductor products that enable innovation across industrial, automotive, communications, healthcare, and consumer technologies.
Working in a highly controlled manufacturing environment, you will operate production equipment, perform quality inspections, and support safe, efficient manufacturing processes while contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Process products through assigned manufacturing operations while meeting daily production objectives.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Accurately record production data and update manufacturing systems to maintain data integrity.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report equipment or process issues as needed.
- Follow all safety, quality, material handling, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Support the training of new employees as required.
This position is performed in a controlled manufacturing environment. Depending on the assigned work area, employees may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow clean manufacturing protocols to ensure product quality and safety.
ScheduleThe Camas manufacturing facility operates using compressed work week (CWW) schedules. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential. All schedules include weekend work.
- D1 Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- N1 Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- D2 Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- N2 Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and manufacturing systems.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately enter and retrieve production information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a positive work ethic.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.
- Perform repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasks.
- Lift, move, push, or pull materials and equipment within established safety guidelines.
- Wear required personal protective equipment throughout the shift.
- Safely perform manufacturing duties while following all site safety requirements.
The expected starting wage for this position is $20.43–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Actual compensation is determined based on work location, experience, education, training, internal equity, and external market data.
