As we continue to expand our manufacturing operations and grow our workforce, we are seeking a dynamic, safety-focused Production Supervisor to lead our Back Half Night Shift manufacturing team across our 24x7 semiconductor fabrication operation. This leadership role is critical to driving operational excellence in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment through proactive quality management, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives. A Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards are met, optimizing production workflows, coaching and developing team members, and fostering collaboration across shifts and departments.

Back Half Night Shift

Wednesday
- Friday, Every other Saturday 7:00pm - 7:00am

• Safety & Operational Excellence Promote and role-model a Zero Injury Safety culture while ensuring compliance with safety policies, cleanroom protocols, 5S standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. Support Lean Manufacturing and Enterprise Excellence initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Production Oversight Lead a team of 20+ Operators and Leads to safely achieve daily production, quality, and productivity goals. Monitor production performance and respond quickly to operational issues affecting output, quality, or schedule attainment. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to support efficient manufacturing operations. Support new product introductions, process changes, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Quality Leadership Promote a zero-defect mindset and ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures and specifications. Lead problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and root cause analysis. Escalate and drive resolution of quality issues while reinforcing process discipline within the team.
• Team Leadership & Development Coach, develop, and motivate Operators and Leads to achieve individual and team performance goals. Conduct performance discussions, provide regular feedback, and support employee development activities. Partner with Production Managers on staffing, onboarding, training, and cross-training initiatives. Foster a positive, engaged, and inclusive team environment.
• Communication & Collaboration Maintain effective communication with employees, peer supervisors, Production Managers, and support organizations. Ensure smooth shift pass-downs and alignment across all manufacturing shifts. Communicate production priorities, performance results, and operational concerns in a timely manner.
• Professional Development Participate in required training and development opportunities to enhance technical and leadership capabilities. Stay current on manufacturing best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
