Lacamas Creek Post Acute Part Time $36.00 to $46.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Deliver high quality nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsA compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
