Clinical Manager

Adventist Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day clinical operations in a mission-driven, faith-based environment. In this role, you will oversee patient care delivery, supervise and mentor clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Adventist Health standards. You will drive quality and performance improvement, support staff development, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide whole-person care-mind, body, and spirit-for the community we serve.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule clinical staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and Adventist Health standards.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate patient care processes across disciplines and service lines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff on care planning and workflow.
• Manage clinical budgets, staffing levels, and resource utilization.
• Implement and update clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support staff education, orientation, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote Adventist Health's mission, values, and whole-person care model in all activities.
