• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
• Perform basic math operations and give correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate the designated delivery area and read maps.
• Deliver product while handling adverse terrain and carrying product.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and use a calculator if needed.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Computer and touchscreen proficiency.
• Navigation and delivery skills, including the ability to traverse multi‑story buildings and other delivery sites.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; carry up to 30 lbs of product.

Exposure to varying weather, temperature ranges from 36°F in the cooler to above 90°F in some areas, and sudden temperature changes. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing involves talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tiles or linoleum.
• Walking short distances for short durations.

• Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs and stacking onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying items such as large cans, pizza sauce, and pizza dough trays up to 12 lbs each.
• Pushing and pulling dollies weighing up to 7.5 lbs.
• Occasional climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Stooping, bending, and crouching to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Continuous reaching above and below 72 inches, forward, and down.
• Frequent use of hands for eye‑hand coordination, forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Manipulating pizza tools such as a peel, rolling cutter, and pizza cutter.
• Grasping items such as cans, phone, pizza cutter, peel, and boxes.
