Conduct thorough consultations to identify gaps in coverage and protect what matters most to our neighbors.

Manage your own pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

Provide clear explanations of complex policy details so clients feel confident in their coverage choices.

Follow up with existing clients to review their policies and ensure their protection evolves as their lives change.

Document all client interactions accurately within our agency systems to maintain high standards of service.

Participate in local community events to build visibility and trust for the agency in the Camas area.

Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Strong comfort level with computers and learning new software quickly.

Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments.
