Toll Brothers , America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Handyperson / Punchout Technician / Service Technician to handle pre- and post-settlement work for one of our luxury home communities in Camas, Washington.

Candidates must have their own transportation and tools, a valid driver's license, as well as hands-on experience with drywall, paint and light finish carpentry or carpentry punchwork. Customer service / punchout experience with a home builder is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus.

This position is on-site 5 days per week.

The salary for this position is $18.94-$25.11 per hour.
