Position: Aluminum TIG Fabricator
Location: Camas, WA
Pay: $30+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

OPTI is partnering with a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality aluminum fabrication for the marine and recreation industries. This company takes pride in precision craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building products that stand out for performance and design.
What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Fit, align, and assemble components according to project requirements
• Inspect and verify weld quality, dimensions, and tolerances
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely project completion

What You Need to Have:The Musts:

• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience (preferably aluminum)
• Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and tolerances
• Ability to produce clean, consistent welds with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work
• Must pass a weld test

Preferred:

• Experience in marine, automotive, or structural aluminum fabrication
• Familiarity with fabrication tools, jigs, and finishing techniques
• Certification(s) in TIG or aluminum welding
