Senior Firmware Engineer – Audio Hardware Engineering

Logitech is looking for a highly skilled Senior Firmware Engineer to join our Audio Hardware Engineering team focusing on consumer gaming headsets and speakers.

• Analyze, design, enhance, program, debug, and optimize firmware for microcontroller solutions.
• Lead development and implementation of firmware solutions, overseeing design, testing, and documentation.
• Manage firmware projects from concept through completion.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of firmware engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integration with hardware and software solutions.
• Ensure firmware designs are optimized for efficiency and performance.
• Drive innovation in firmware development processes and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex firmware issues.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Interface with customers to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure firmware meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Extensive experience in firmware development and engineering.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor other engineers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience with embedded systems and real‑time operating systems (RTOS).

Annual base salary: $130,000 – $190,000.
