Warehouse Worker

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment;
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against documentation, and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies;
Prepare outbound shipments by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders for delivery;
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems or manual documentation;
Operate a large box truck to transport materials to and from designated on-site and off-site locations;
Secure loads properly in the truck to prevent shifting, damage, or safety hazards during transport;
Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with customers, vendors, and coworkers during deliveries and pickups;
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns;
Comply with all DOT, traffic, and company safety regulations while driving and operating equipment;
Maintain delivery logs, bills of lading, and other transportation documentation as required;
Use an ERP or other inventory system to track inventory movements, shipping, and receiving activities;
Deliver materials to off-site locations as needed to support production and operational needs;
Support shipping and receiving functions by coordinating inbound and outbound freight and ensuring accurate documentation
