You will join us as a Guest Services Assistant
, delivering warm, attentive service and creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests. As part of our front of house team, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a seamless and personalised experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival, throughout their stay and upon departure
• Provide information about the hotel, facilities, local area and services
• Handle guest enquiries and requests in a professional and friendly manner
• Support with rooming guests including luggage assistance throughout the property, including up and down staircases.
• Support with guest transportation including valet parking and supporting with our car park shuttle service
• Maintain a visible presence in reception and public areas, offering assistance proactively
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Uphold the high standards of presentation, service and hospitality associated with Pennyhill Park

Person Specification

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience in a similar role is desirable
• Friendly, approachable and confident communicator
• Well-presented with a professional attitude
• Able to remain calm and positive in a busy environment
• A team player with a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and shifts
• Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
