Labourers

1st Step Solutions are currently looking for a Labourer to work in UCB Windlesham, GU20. This role is lasting 3 months + . You will need to be comfortable with all general labouring duties

As a Labourer, you must hold a CSCS Green card, as a minimum.

Please note for this Job the site required a 4-6 hr induction process, client will pay a couple hours extra for this due to the long duration of it.

Job Summary:

Location Windlesham, GU20
Rate 16.28 Per hour - PAYE Umbrella ONLY
Days Monday - Friday
Hours 07:30 - 16:30 (8 hours paid)
Duration 3 Months +
Start Date 02/03/2026

PAYE Umbrella Only - NO CIS/ Limited company payments
