Link Consultants are currently working with a long standing client who are seeking hardworking and resourceful Electrical Installation Engineering Supervisor to join their dynamic team of highly skilled engineers. This role requires a self‑motivated, practical problem solver with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work.

A key responsibility of this position will be to survey, install, commission, and support site‑based control systems and equipment for our key clients. The role is predominantly electrically biased, with some elements of basic PLC programming (full training will be provided).

• Minimum 2 years' practical electrical supervisory experience
• Electrical qualifications: C&G, BTEC, NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC or HND
• 18th Edition (BS 7671:2018) certification
• ECS Gold Card holder (or eligible to qualify — costs covered by the company)
• Previous experience in service & support, electrical installation, or maintenance
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must be eligible to work in the UK

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• Electrical design experience (EPlan, AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Control panel design and manufacture experience
• Electrical installation skills
• Experience installing and commissioning equipment such as PLCs
