Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a well‑established, privately owned business with a strong reputation and excellent staff retention?

Our client is a growing air conditioning contractor based in Hampshire. With a strong base of repeat commercial clients, they pride themselves on quality workmanship, long‑term relationships, and looking after their engineers.

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Service, maintenance, and reactive repairs on split systems, VRV/VRF, and small chillers
• Covering commercial sites across Hampshire
• Working 8 hours on site per day

• City & Guilds Level 2 in F Gas and ODS Regulations (Category 1 minimum)
• Strong air conditioning service and fault‑finding background
• Full UK driving licence
• Ideally based locally to Camberley / Hampshire

The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will be on a basic salary up to £48,000, depending on experience + van + phone + pension + 20 days holiday + bank holidays + overtime + callout.
