Air Conditioning Engineer
Location:
M3 Corridor
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
Air Conditioning Engineer required for a well-established HVAC services provider based in Hampshire. The role covers installation, maintenance and repair services across the South East.
The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV, VRF, split, multi-split and AHUs. Work will be carried out across a variety of commercial environments, including restaurants, offices, schools and colleges.
Based along the M3 corridor, travel throughout Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West London and South West London is expected.
Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing on air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split, multi-split, AHUs).
- Diagnose faults and perform repair work across a range of commercial environments.
- Work across customer sites including restaurants, offices, schools and colleges.
- Basic Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
- 40 hour working week
- Travel time paid after 1 hour each way; travel time paid at 1.5x afterwards
- Company van provided – optional personal use
- Overtime available at 1.5x / 2x / 3x
- 1 in 4/5 on-call rota, £130 retainer paid + D2D for all call outs
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increases with time served
- Experience with maintenance, service and repair on air conditioning equipment
- Live within a commutable distance of the M3 Corridor
- Full Driving Licence
- F-Gas Cat 1
- NVQ/C&G Level 2 in AC/ but not essential
