Improver - AC Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Air Conditioning Improver to join our growing team, working across Surrey and London.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in the air conditioning industry who is looking to develop their skills alongside experienced engineers. You will assist with the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a variety of air conditioning systems while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
 
Assist engineers with the installation of air conditioning systems.
Support servicing, maintenance, and repair works.
Carry and prepare tools, materials, and equipment.
Help diagnose faults and complete repairs under supervision.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures on site.
Deliver a professional and courteous service to customers.
Work across a variety of commercial and residential sites.  Essential Requirements
 
Full UK Driving Licence.
Valid CSCS Card.
Previous experience within the HVAC or construction industry is desirable.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Good work ethic with a positive attitude.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.  Desirable
 
Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems.
F-Gas qualification or currently working towards one.
Experience using hand and power tools.
