We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will be responsible for completing all Reactive Fabric tasks & support with any other reactive tasks where required and PPMs for statutory, mandatory.
- Minor building fabric repairs. including relamping of defective luminaries, minor decorating and minor plumbing repairs, furniture building.
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.).
- Participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours. (currently 1 in
3) - Monthly utilities meter readings.
- Should have minor electrical experience.
- First line response to reactive repairs.
- Qualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in Fabric.
- Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a corporate or similar environment.
- Qualified in Electrical working - Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds
