AV Site Manager Remote/Home Based | UK & International Travel | Permanent Are you an experienced Audio Visual professional looking to take the next step into a site leadership position? We are partnering with a leading technology integration business seeking an AV Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-profile AV installation projects across corporate customer sites in the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity As AV Site Manager, you will take ownership of on-site delivery, coordinating engineers, managing day-to-day installation activities, and acting as the key point of contact for clients and contractors throughout project execution. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate on-site installation teams. Manage project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure installations are completed in line with technical designs and specifications. Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and third-party trades. Resolve day-to-day site challenges and escalate where necessary. Maintain accurate project documentation and site records. Support first and second-fix installation activities when required.

Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, RAMS, and industry best practice. What We're Looking For Previous experience working within the Audio Visual industry. Experience leading engineers or managing site-based AV installations. Strong understanding of AV installation practices and technical documentation. Current CSCS certification. SMSTS certification. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.
